The small print

  • Points are earned on what you pay for items, after any discounts and before VAT, delivery and duties.
  • Points are added when your order ships and can be used 30 days later, so returns and cancellations can be settled first. Pre-orders work the same way.
  • Each batch of points lasts 12 months from when it can be used. We email you 30 days before any expire.
  • Points can be used on the order price at checkout. They can't pay deposits or Partially instalments.
  • Items in a percentage sale don't earn points and points can't be used on them while the sale runs; everything else in the basket earns and spends as normal.
  • If an order is returned, refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are taken back and any points used on it are returned to you.
  • Points are removed from accounts with no orders or points activity for 24 months.
  • One account per person. Rewards are for personal collections, not trade or resale. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.
  • Marketing emails are optional and never a condition of earning points.

We may change the scheme with notice; points you have already earned keep their value.
