You are placing a pre-order for a statue that has not yet been released. When you pre-order, we place an order for your statue with the studio or its official distributor, and your allocation is reserved specifically for you. Once that order is placed, we can’t cancel it with our supplier.

48-hour cooling-off: you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund, including any deposit. After 48 hours, pre-orders can’t be cancelled, changed to another statue or version, or refunded, and any deposit or payments made are non-refundable.

If you pay a deposit, it secures your allocation; the balance is due before dispatch and your deposit is taken off the total. If the balance isn’t paid when the statue arrives, we may cancel the order and keep the deposit.

Release dates are the studio’s estimates and can change, sometimes by several months. We’ll update the product page and let you know of any significant change; a later release date isn’t a reason for cancellation after the 48-hour period. If your order also contains in-stock items, it will be held and shipped together when everything is available.

If the studio cancels a release or reduces our allocation and we can’t supply your statue, you’ll get a full refund of everything you’ve paid.

Studio images are of prototypes; the finished statue may differ slightly. These terms don’t affect your statutory rights if your statue arrives faulty or damaged.

About Spinosaurus 1/6 Scale

Prime 1 Studio presents the Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park III, a 1/6 scale statue in the Legacy Museum Collection measuring an immense 134 cm long.

Jurassic Park III follows a desperate struggle to escape an isolated island while evading dinosaurs on the attack. After a collision with a departing plane sends it crashing, this carnivore appears time and again before Dr. Grant and his companions, smashing through a heavy fence and attacking a boat from the water.

This Spinosaurus statue captures every impression the film left on screen: a fierce, layered gaze, a long mouth lined with sharply sculpted teeth, and the iconic sail with its individual wrinkles rendered in pursuit of realism. The sculpting and paintwork build on Prime 1 Studio’s earlier 1/15 scale Spinosaurus, combined with techniques made possible by the larger scale.

The Jurassic Park III themed base is crafted in meticulous detail, with moss-covered fallen logs, muddy ground, rugged rocks and artificial foliage evoking primeval greenery. The Bonus Version, limited to 300 pieces, adds a title logo stand.
