You are placing a pre-order for a statue that has not yet been released. When you pre-order, we place an order for your statue with the studio or its official distributor, and your allocation is reserved specifically for you. Once that order is placed, we can’t cancel it with our supplier.

48-hour cooling-off: you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund, including any deposit. After 48 hours, pre-orders can’t be cancelled, changed to another statue or version, or refunded, and any deposit or payments made are non-refundable.

If you pay a deposit, it secures your allocation; the balance is due before dispatch and your deposit is taken off the total. If the balance isn’t paid when the statue arrives, we may cancel the order and keep the deposit.

Release dates are the studio’s estimates and can change, sometimes by several months. We’ll update the product page and let you know of any significant change; a later release date isn’t a reason for cancellation after the 48-hour period. If your order also contains in-stock items, it will be held and shipped together when everything is available.

If the studio cancels a release or reduces our allocation and we can’t supply your statue, you’ll get a full refund of everything you’ve paid.

Studio images are of prototypes; the finished statue may differ slightly. These terms don’t affect your statutory rights if your statue arrives faulty or damaged.

Display Your Solar Studios Bahamut in a Moducase

With a 126cm wingspan, Bahamut needs a wide case. The Moducase Max140 Plus gives a 136 × 66cm interior and 76cm of internal height, enough for his wings and his 75cm height, although with only about 1cm to spare above. The standard Max140 (68cm high inside) is too short, and the corner units (113cm wide inside) are too narrow for his wings. Because the fit is so close, please contact us before ordering a case and we will help you plan the display. Moducase panels are not UV-protective, so we recommend keeping your display out of direct sunlight.

For valid after-sales cases where replacement parts are available, the studio will be happy to assist. Please note that for minor quality concerns or small damages to larger components, a full replacement may not always be provided. If replacement parts are not available, a partial refund may be offered based on a careful assessment of the damage.
