Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Please note that the 10% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers processing fees and loss of allocation. Once an item has been shipped, our standard return and cancellation policy will apply.

Please also note that a 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time your order is placed. During this period, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund. After the 48-hour window has passed, cancellations will be non-refundable.

Please note that for minor quality concerns or small damages to larger components, a full replacement may not always be provided. If replacement parts are not available, a partial refund may be offered based on a careful assessment of the damage.

For items marked as “No Aftersales,” this indicates that the studio does not provide replacement parts. However, if your item arrives with shipping damage, we will still do our best to help.
