Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Please note that the 10% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers processing fees and loss of allocation. Once an item has been shipped, our standard return and cancellation policy will apply.

Please also note that a 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time your order is placed. During this period, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund. After the 48-hour window has passed, cancellations will be non-refundable.

To ensure we can support you as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that a full unboxing video is recorded upon receiving your statue. This video is required for all after-sales service requests.

For valid after-sales cases where replacement parts are available, the studio will be happy to assist. Please note that for minor quality concerns or small damages to larger components, a full replacement may not always be provided. If replacement parts are not available, a partial refund may be offered based on a careful assessment of the damage.

At Display Box , we truly value our customers and take after-sales support seriously. Our team will always do our best to assist you and ensure a positive experience, even in unfortunate situations.

For items marked as “No Aftersales,” this indicates that the studio does not provide replacement parts. However, if your item arrives with shipping damage, we will still do our best to help. In such cases, we may offer store credit of up to 20% of the item’s value (excluding shipping), depending on the outcome of the damage assessment.
