You are placing a pre-order for a statue that has not yet been released. When you pre-order, we place an order for your statue with the studio or its official distributor, and your allocation is reserved specifically for you. Once that order is placed, we can’t cancel it with our supplier.

48-hour cooling-off: you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund, including any deposit. After 48 hours, pre-orders can’t be cancelled, changed to another statue or version, or refunded, and any deposit or payments made are non-refundable.

If you pay a deposit, it secures your allocation; the balance is due before dispatch and your deposit is taken off the total. If the balance isn’t paid when the statue arrives, we may cancel the order and keep the deposit.

Release dates are the studio’s estimates and can change, sometimes by several months. We’ll update the product page and let you know of any significant change; a later release date isn’t a reason for cancellation after the 48-hour period. If your order also contains in-stock items, it will be held and shipped together when everything is available.

If the studio cancels a release or reduces our allocation and we can’t supply your statue, you’ll get a full refund of everything you’ve paid.

Studio images are of prototypes; the finished statue may differ slightly. These terms don’t affect your statutory rights if your statue arrives faulty or damaged.

About Elder Predator

The Prime 1 Studio Elder Predator from the iconic 1990 film Predator 2 joins the Museum Masterline series in an imposing 1/3 scale, standing approximately 94cm tall.

Appearing in the film’s unforgettable final moments, the Elder Predator is the respected leader of the hunters who approaches Harrigan aboard the Predator spacecraft. Prime 1 Studio captures his distinctive grey complexion, weathered equipment, muscular physique and characteristic tusk piercings, with a pose showing the Elder reaching toward his pendant, one of his most memorable gestures from the film.

The base is inspired by the interior of the Predator spacecraft, with intricate alien architecture and trophy displays of skulls. Prime 1 Studio has also confirmed that the foot design will be updated from the sandals originally shown to bare feet.

At 94cm tall, 71cm wide and over 42kg, the Elder Predator is wider than the 66cm interior of the standard Max Series cases, so a corner unit is the right choice. The Moducase Max1500 Corner gives a 113.3 × 113.3cm internal footprint, 143cm of internal height and an 80kg load limit, with plenty of room around the spacecraft base. For even more headroom, the Max1660 Plus Corner offers 159cm of internal height. Moducase panels are not UV-protective, so we recommend keeping your display out of direct sunlight.

If replacement parts are not available, a partial refund may be offered based on a careful assessment of the damage.
